In Louisiana, eating is a sport and superlative food is standard.  The Plantation Dining Room features fine Louisiana cuisine with a menu that specializes in steaks. Carter Plantation Executive Chef Gary Fonseca and Food & Beverage Director, Missy Lassalle, invites you to preview our menus:

Hours of Operation
Monday through Thursday  8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Friday and Saturday  8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Sunday  8:00 AM to 6:00 PM



Catering is also available for events of virtually any size, from banquets for several hundred guests to intimate dinners served in one of our private Pavilion rooms, or in your own home.
