With its full-sized kitchen and dining area, the Plantation Parlor is the consummate setting for private dining engagements seating six guests comfortably. A rich leather sleeper sofa and chairs next to a welcoming fireplace invite guests to relax while enjoying a fairway view. The Plantation Parlor also features a 32" television and an executive desk area for added work space. Whether utilized for a special function or simply for expanded room space, the Plantation parlor offers the ultimate in adaptability.
Veranda Queens These 378 square foot guest suites each have two queen-size beds. A work station affords space for the executive to take care of business or the leisure traveler to catch up on correspondence, before relaxing either outdoors on the veranda or indoors in a comfortable reclining leather armchair. Either of the Veranda Queen rooms may be reserved in conjunction with the Plantation Parlor yielding over 1,100 square feet of relaxed luxury.
Veranda King Connecting to the Plantation Parlor on the ground level with a golf course view, this 360 square foot room features a deluxe bathroom with a bathtub, an executive work space and a cozy seating area. The Veranda King may be reserved as a stand alone unit or in combination with the Plantation Parlor to provide a truly unforgettable overnight experience.


Fairway Suite Our master suite offers 916 square feet of pure delight. Fairway Suite guests will enjoy a roomy living area complete with leather sleeper sofa, recliner and armchair, big screen television, fully-equipped galley kitchen, dining section, work station, and private balcony overlooking the 9th fairway. Superior king sleeping accommodations, an oversized walk-in closet, a double sink and vanity, an oversized garden tub, and a separate shower round out the amenities in this extraordinary guest space. Pavilion Suite Located upstairs in the forward section of each villa, the 680 square foot Pavilion Suite features a king-size bed, large walk-in closet with a vanity, a wet bar and kitchenette, as well as a generous living area with a leather sleeper sofa and plush oversized chair situated near a 32” television. Guests may put the finishing touches on any pending business while using the suite's executive work space. The upgraded bathroom facilities feature a garden tub and separate shower.
Carriage House This 304 square foot Carriage House offers intimate king accommodations, a private balcony, an executive work space, and a complete Carter Plantation in-suite amenity package.
